Michael Estepp

At the Baylor University Career Center, Michael’s goal is to serve the students of Baylor in their career endeavors.  His mission is to help them realize their career dreams, take ownership of their career progression, and make the most of every career opportunity. 

Michael previously served as Senior Director, developing and creating departmental strategies to increase student, faculty, and employer engagement for the Graduate Business program, Engineering and Computer Science, and Arts and Sciences programs while increasing student placement outcomes.

Prior to his roles at BUCC, Michael was an Assistant Director of MBA Career Management and a Director of Graduate Career Management. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Management, and MBA (2016) from Baylor University.

Michael is from Austin, TX. He loves spending time with his family and coaching competitive youth sports.
