Laura Pahmiyer

Laura collaborates with Baylor graduate business students to help guide them in their career search through resume building, cover letter crafting, personal branding, and post-graduate planning. As a Baylor alum, Laura is passionate about investing in young people and helping students plan for their future. After two decades in the small business sector, Laura joined the Baylor University Career Center with a wealth of real-world experience in relationship building, personal sales, team management, and start-up company strategy. 
 
Laura graduated with a BBA from Baylor University in 2012. She and her husband, Lee, have three children and own a roofing business. As a family, they love to travel. From traveling abroad, to exploring new hiking trails, to racing each other down a snowy mountain, they live by the phrase, “Adventure is out there, go find it.” When life keeps them closer to home, Laura loves to watch their kids compete in various sports, volunteers in the community and spends time restoring their 120-year-old historic home.
