Kaley works with Science and Health Science students to support them in preparing for and achieving their post-graduation goals. She is passionate about coaching students in resume and cover letter development, career exploration, interviewing techniques, networking, and graduate school preparation.

Before joining Baylor University, Kaley worked as a technical writer in the software industry, where she developed technical documentation and user manuals. She loves to draw on her writing experience to help students strengthen the organization, clarity, and overall effectiveness of their application materials.

She received her bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in communication from Baylor. 

Kaley grew up in the Beaumont, Texas area and enjoys baking, reading, running, and hiking with her husband and their two dogs.
