Jalyn Monken

Specializing in Liberal Arts majors, Jalyn is committed to student success at Baylor University. From career discovery to job placement, she ensures that students are supported throughout the processes of achieving their own version of success.

Prior to her role as a Career Success Professional, Jalyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Spanish and Leadership from Baylor University, then received her Master's degree in Student Affairs Administration and Higher Education from Texas A&M University.

Born and raised in Southern Illinois, Jalyn loves meeting new people and hearing others' life stories. Outside of her full-time job, she spends a lot of her time at CrossFit and being involved with her local church.
