Emily is an Associate Director overseeing the Graduate Professional Education (GPE), Sciences, and Health Sciences career teams. She also works with employers on their recruitment needs, discussing the many ways they can hire Baylor students, and oversees the procurement process for clinical rotations.
Prior to her current role at the Baylor University Career Center, Emily worked for PALS Home Health where she held many different positions such as Scheduler and then moved into the role of Marketing and Recruiting. She also served in ministry for over 13 years. Emily decided to make a career change and began working for the Career Center in February of 2022.
Emily was born in Lubbock and grew up in Waco, TX. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, watching football, and cooking.
