Donna has been with the Baylor University Career Center (BUCC) working in the career services field for over 20 years, serving both students and employers. She specializes in serving the Doctor of Occupational Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy students.

Prior to her current role as a Senior Career Success Professional, Donna worked as an Assistant Director of Career Services and as a Director of Alumni Career Engagement at the Baylor Career Center. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and worked towards her Master of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction at Baylor University.

Donna was born in Buffalo, New York. In her spare time, Donna enjoys volunteering, church activities and cheering on her three children.
