At the Baylor University Career Center, Ken’s goal is to serve the students of Baylor in their career endeavors. His mission is to help them realize their career dreams, take ownership of their career progression and make the most out of and every career opportunity.
Prior to Ken’s current role at the Career Center, he spent 24 years in the high-tech industry sector, working with semiconductor and micro-electronic products supporting leading edge commercial and defense/aerospace applications. While in these industry sectors, Ken held executive level positions in Marketing, Sales and Management including the role of President, Vice President and General Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and Master of Business Administration at Baylor University. While at Baylor University Ken played football, was a letter winner and member of the 1980 Southwest Conference Championship Team.
Ken was born in Childress, Texas. His free time includes spending time with family and he enjoys the outdoors, including hunting and shooting. He is also a state certified firearms instructor.
